Experience Of The Chinese Stock Market And Economic Growth Relationship

Chinese stock market had promoted his status in the whole national economy and his scale becomes larger and larger. He had been the most important part of the socialistic market economy. Especially since 1990,Chinese stock market had rapidly developed with the stable economy. How is the relation between the stock market and the economy? Scholars researched this problem from different aspects and used different mathematical methods. It is the new subject about the theory of economic growth. This paper analyses the possible impacts of Chinese stock market on economic growth by using multiple regression analysis.This paper includes four parts. Firstly, I will demonstrate why I write this paper. Secondly, I will introduce the theory of stock market and economic growth. In this part, I will sum up and analyse a great deal of the western development and economic growth, and establish a rational theory frame. Thirdly, I will analyse the Chinese stock market. And all of these, I talk about the function of Chinese stock market in detail. Finally, I will empirically analyse the problem by using multiple regression analysis and draw a conclusion that the relation between the Chinese stock market and the economic growth is positively correlated. And also I advise for exerting stock market's promotion effect to economy fully. We must go active and promote stock market's development step-by-step. In practice, we try to do the folio wings: to perfect the rule of the stock market's development; to enhance supervision on media company in order to avoid financial adventure; to adjust the Chinese industry structure and help the private company.
