Causes and forms of corruption under the socialist market economic. The change from planned economic to market economic brings deep revolution in every aspect of social, economic, politic and culture. Corruption takes place and spreads under this background, so we often relate the negative effect of market economic to the corruption without deliberation. We believe the negative effect caused by market economic have connection with corruption抯 propagation, but the harm caused by this must not be inevitable, the question we are facing is how to find out effective ways to solve those questions. Because anti- corruption is a systematic project, we can simultaneously adopt economic, political, culture ways, to manage it synthetically, and can find effect in economic. We should perfect the socialist market economic system. In politic, quickly deepen the reform of political system in culture, we relate the rule by law, and rule by morals; in social, utilize every social powers synthetically ,make every supervising system turn round strongly ,to play the whole big function. In a word, anti-corruption is arduous, we can抰 win in a short time, we should not oniy have right recogniation, but also have strong move. Under the leadership of party which have Jiang Ze-min as the core, we hold highly the great flag of Deng Xiao-ping theory, insist tightly economic developing as the center, connect anti-corruption with reform and opening, economic development, consider corruption as a social synthetical project, and go deep into it unremittingly, and we can surely win in the anti-corruption campaign.
