Abstract The study of criminal legal relatior in this paper includes the subject,the object and the content of the combination of criminal laco rinhts and duties. It involves legislation of criminal law, judicature of criminal law as well as the principles of the theory of criminal law It has vital significance in directing and normalising legislation, judicature activities showing the justice value of criminal law, and establishing the theories scientifically and perfeetly.
