So in this paper, I study the application of two-pall system in generation market; and measuring the two-pail tariff of some stations of Sichuan network approves its feasibility.At present; on-grid rate is mostly formulated on the basis of average cost. However, vdth accepting 'pricing on the basis of marginal cost advances industiy' development and realizes maximum social benefit', many countries study and adopt the on-grid price on the basis of marginal cost According to the situation, the paper involve the research on two-part on-grid rate on the basis of marginal cost, and measuring the two-part on-grid tariff of some stations of Sichuan network.
