State-owned Enterprises To Withdraw From

Both in the developed market economy capitalism country and in the developing country and socialism country, State-owned economy have played an essential role and it still plays a role that can't be substituted in some fields at present and in future. 'Generally State-owned economy take the form of State-owned enterprises in reality. Different countries with different systeni background and in different histry period inade different rules of the fields which State-owned enterprises fit enter or quit. Our country had practiced planned economy system froml956 to 1992, all fields are full of State-owned enterprises. With the establishing of socialism market system target, Stateoei enterprises should withdraw from some field and give their places to the non-State-owned enterprises. Firstly, this paper expounds the reasons that State-cwned enterprises withdraw from some fields: the first reason is the necessity of economy system's transformation. The second reason depends on the roles that State-owned enterprises play in the market economy. "Hie third reason is that is an important measure to solve the difficult problem that the State-cwned economy facing. Secondly, this paper expounds that the State-owned enterprises should withdraw from some field in order, according to the different situation, through the different channel. Finaly, this paper expounds obstacles that State-owned enterprises withdraw from some fields it will meet, according to these obstacles that are conception obstacles and obstacles from system and economical obstacles, some measures were put forward to solve them.
