This paper's research objection is highly developed asset restructure of Chinese market corporation in recently years.Asset restructure is a complex process including structure changes of industry structure,industry orgnization structure,regional structure,ownership structure and dominating structure.It is this paper's major pioneering work to research the asset restructure phenomenon from the angle of industry structure and industry orgnization stucture.This paper's major content and significance in theory and practice is in below.(1)This paper analyses the implication of asset of market corporation.It points that asset of market corporation includes market value of stocks,account value of corporation's asset and practical value of corporation. So asset restucture of market corporation includes three above implicationof asset stucture adjustment.These analysis determines the beginning in researching asset restructure of market corporation.(2)This paper introduces and compares the definition of asset restructure in academic field.It points that in fact asset restructure is synthetic resourses destributing process connecting macro-,medium- and micro- changes including capital operating and asset operating .But at first,asset restructure of market corporation often display changes of corporation stock ownership structure.(3)After clearing of patterns and types of market corporation's asset restucture,this paper intrduces the present situation and analyses the characters and trends of Chinese industry structure and industry orgniziation structure based on the actual datum of upper half year of 1 999.It also explores the obstacles affecting asset restructure of market corporation.This chapter is the paper's core content.(4)This paper uses different method to initially inspect the performance of market corporation's asset restructure,especially industry restructure from micro- and macro- angle.
