The Study On The Transfer From Financial Asset Management Corporation To Investment Bank

Given the current economic and financial situation, it is another innovation on mechanism for financial asset management corporations to choose the development pattern of transferring themselves into investment banks. It will play a significant role in perfecting the system of China's financial market, optimizing the distribution of resources and restructuring economy.The operation of the transfer focuses on transfers of the structure of property right, operation mechanism and operation mode. This article discussed the trend and strategy of the development of financial asset management corporations in view of enterprise's development strategy and raised the development pattern of transferring the corporations into investment banks and finally realizing market-based operation. It took an approach first from the background and current status of the corporations to evaluate their performance, then compared them with other corporations in China or others countries to analyze the existing problems, suggested the development direction and choice of strategy for the transfer from financial asset management corporation to investment bank and studied and analyzed the internal reasonability, obstacles in policy and advantages, especially it has done some perspective study in the operation strategy and system preparation of the transfer, it has done empirical analysis through two successful cases.In the end, it illustrated the goal of market-based operation and the major business after the transfer.
