Research On Several Problems Of SME Risks Of Leveraged Mergers And Acquisitions

Citing the development of Merger & Acquisition and Venture Capital abroad and domestically, and also basing on the concept of Leverage Buy Out, this thesis explains the concept of Leverage Buy Out by Venture Capital, and analyses the function of Leverage Buy Out with Venture Capital between small and medium size enterprises in China. Discusses the methods in choosing the target enterprise and in evaluating the value of target enterprise; 5. Designs the mode of the financing in Leverage Buy Out with Venture Capital between small and medium size enterprises in China; 6. Discusses the countermeasures in improving the financing environment and in risk controlling in Leverage Buy Out with Venture Capital between small and medium size enterprises in China.
