Western Sme Financing And Countermeasures

Though SMEs are playing an important role in the social and economic development of western regions, yet the growth of them is gravely restricted due to difficulties in financing. Taking this issue as main topic and utilizing analytical methods of both empirical, normative, retrospective and inductive, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the difficulties western regions' SMEs face in financing and reasons behind it, and comes up with some effective countermeasures to help solving the problem.This dissertation is composed of 5 chapters. In chapter 1, states relative theories and conception in the financing of SMEs including to be separated of western regions and "gap in financing" , financing channel and methods.In chapter 2, the author focus on the detailed analysis on the feature of middle and small-scale enterprise in western regions, financing problems they come across as well as impact they have on the development of the whole region.In chapter 3, the author introduces the problem in SMEs of the western. And in chapter 4, the author sums up the reasons for the difficulties SMEs of the western face in financing.Based on the above analysis and taking the western region reality into account, in the last part of the paper, the author make suggestions for policymakers to solve the problem of SMEs financing in the western region.
