Into A Group Of International Project Contracting

This paper mainly examines two major factors, which limit the China National Complete Plant Import and Export Corporation ?COMPLANT Group to develop the International Contracting Project. The two factors are financial management and operating management. The author attempts to identify and describe how COMPLANT GROUP has made a lot of innovations to develop the International Contracting Project. Firstly, COMPLANT抯 financing capability has been strengthened through financial innovation by mixing the grant loan and the export credit and by making use of the capital market. Secondly, it has strengthened COMPLANT抯 competitive ability by introducing the modem project management skills into three areas: Project organization, Project control system and Integrated Project Management Information System (IPMIS). Then, the conclusion is conducted that the innovations in -financial and operating management has benefited COMIPLANT to develop the International Contracting Project, although some problems still exist. At the end of the paper, the author analyzed the problems and raised solutions to them.
