Hunan Jiuzhitang Co. Ltd., listed in Shenzhen Stock Exchange, is a Chinese medicine enterprise, engaging in producing, marketing and scientific research. The fund raised is mainly invested in technology reforming of the current product, enlarging the production and marketing. Under the background of the increasingly intense competition in the medicine market, the producVs market and marketing is directly related with the firm抯 developing strategy and the benefits to the investors. Now since haematic tonic of 揝henj tan brand 搃s the leading product for the firm, their selling condition, to some extent, determine the firm抯 whole benefit. In this paper, I intent to discuss about the firm抯 chance and challenge, its advantage and disadvantage, in face of the varying requirement in the medicine market, especially in the Chinese medicine market. Applying the modern marketing theory of 4P strategies and the product life cycle theory, I analyze why the firm s product is losing the market portion, and thus develop the different marketing strategies and tactics for the corresponding regional market. Based on the firm s reality, along with the market theory, this paper wilt do good for the practical work, and be of realistic instructive help for the firm抯 marketing in future.
