| A long with the new circle development of our economic and finance people pay more attentive on the theme of financial innovation, we can forecast that a new climax of reforming is coming, especially after our country entering WTO. It's becoming an urgent problem in financial aspect how the Central Bank encourage innovation under strengthening supervision.The article try to analyze this problem deeply. It composed by four parties: Firstly , to introduce the development of history and reality of financial innovation and to analyze the reason. Secondly , to study it's effect on positive and reversing and to discuss the relationship of innovation , liberalization and supervision. Thirdly , to describe the development , present conditions and tendency of development in our country, to analyze the problem in the procession of financial innovation and to put forward the direction of this problem in our country. Fourthly , to analyze the difficulty , to study how ,to strengthen the supervision under new conditions, and how to keep lookout and resolve the financial risk. |
