China's Commercial Banking And Financial Innovation

Innovation is the theme of intellectual age, and the theory of financial innovation has been paid great attention. Beginning with the history of financial, this article researches the reasons, economic effects, development tendency, and the present problems of financial innovation. The point of the financial innovation is the relative problems of financial innovation in our country's banks. The appearance of the financial innovation in the west is earlier, so the innovation theories in the west can be used for us. This article studies our country's innovation from several aspects: the management system, organization system, financial marketing. While financial has positive effects, it also has negative effects to the economy. Because of these negative effects, it is necessary to supervise the innovation. Since 1990's last century, there are four tendencies in west about innovation and our country's financial innovation also has been promoted. Our country's financial innovation is the focus of this article. So I study thoroughly the status of our country's banks and their abiding problems in this article. In recent years, our financial innovation becomes more dynamic. Besides, the disadvantage of separately operation, the poor quality and speed of innovation, the divorce of the innovation form practice, produce many problems our banks must face. On the basis of above, this article researches elaborately the tendencies of financial innovation of our country's banks. In the end of this article, I promote the management suggestion to banks'innovation in our country that there's need to strengthen innovation and need to provide a favorable environment by the department of financial supervise.
