With the deepen of the negotiation process to enter WTO,China began a series of reformation in telecommunication service from 1988, which is to detach the government function from the enterprise and import competition.By now ,there are a few companies in telecommunication and information service market, inclding China Telecom,China Unicom,China Mobile, ChinaSat, China Jitong,China Network Communication,China Rail Telecom and etc.Those companies compete and develop together.The competition is very hard now ,especially in Internet and its value dded service, which is the core of the warfare between the domestic and foreign companies. China Jitong, which is the weakest one of the six domestic telecommunication companies,with the limitation of fund and blocking of the powerful competitors, go ahead with great difficulty. This article bring forward a blue print of the management and vendition of lVeifang Branch ,China Jitong.It refers to lots of documents and inclues a wide aspect. It bases on the actual condition of Weifang Branch and aims at main services of the China Jitong ,including Internet service and IP phone service, So it is a real method with the guidance of the economic theory. This artice aims to give guidence to the market activity of Weifang Branch . It can also do help to the develepment of the other 130 branches of China Jitong.
