Sme Financing In China And Countermeasures

Financing is an important factor that will restrict Small-Medium Enterprises (SME) developing. Through the investigation for financing of 3 kinds of classical SME including State-own SME, Township SME and high-tech SME, this dissertation has pointed out that the reason of state-own SME financing difficulty is there are a plenty of rent-seeking, township SME financing difficulty is asymmetric information and the high-tech SME financing difficulty is short of investor. Comparing to state-own SME, Township and High-tech SME financing are also faced to scale discriminate, ownership discriminate and risk discriminate. The countermeasures are cutting rent-seeking chain, setting up information channel and building risk investment system. Finally, as the investigation extended, this dissertation has also discussed the question of how to build financing efficiency analyzing system.
