As the global economy more integration, the wave of multinational corporation and joint-venture company sweeped he world. With China entry WTO, The market will attract more foreign company to invest in China. The joint-venture enterprise is a fusion of capital, technical, commodity and management. And It is a collision, conflict, fusion and absorb of the culture too. People who come from different regime and different culture establish the joint-venture enterprise. It must have cultural difference.Cultural difference greatly affect the management in joint-venture enterprise, It affects all the field of the management. In the joint-venture enterprise, Cultural difference must bring cultural friction and cultural conflict .If it can not produce a company culture and a managing pattern in the joint-venture enterprise, It must bring divarication in strategic goal and confusion in management. That it cause to internal friction in the management of joint-venture enterprise, and affect to make the strategic goal to come true.As China entry WTO, the opening of Chinese economy will have a farther develop and advance and the economy will be in a more range and more high level. The management in different culture of Chinese enterprise will spread in a higher level and dimensionality. The solely foreign-owned enterprise and the multinational corporation in China have the cultural difference too. To found the company culture and common management culture in a joint-venture company by studying the cultural difference, It will be an important purport for the development of the enterprise in different culture.
