Now, management consulting is an important part of economical system in developed country, the helping function of management consulting enterprises is acknowledged and accepted by many enterprises. With the entry to the WTO, consulting service will be wanted than before, management consulting service hi China is facing a wide world.In fact, comparing to foreign enterprises of the same kind, domestic management consulting enterprises have many disparities in industrialization, market capacity, main part of management, especially in whole quality and competitive ability.To domestic management consulting enterprises, how to grasp the opportunity, adjust and develop, raise competitive ability, develop well as foreign enterprises and ensure some porting of market?In this paper, domestic management consulting enterprises are study objects. Basing on material of management consulting enterprise, investigation, statistics data, document and internet, selecting some cases, in ways of qualitative and quantitative analysis, we probe some problems and their causes in management of domestic management consulting enterprises, use the experience of other countries for references, find a suitable management model.In view of microcosmic, this paper systematically analyzed the management of domestic management consulting enterprises, especially in organizing form, management system. The paper has some meaning to the development and their industrialization of domestic management consulting enterprises.
