Study On Regional Distribution Of Monetary Funds In China

According to the development economics theories, the start of a country or region economic increase is decided by how that country or region resolves the problem of fund source. The start depends on the abilities of fund accumulation and drawing foreign capital. Also is to say, the distribution of currency fund and the economic development have got the internal relations. The district currency fund distributes unbalanced, the economic development of district exists the extending difference, difference would further deepen the district currency fund to distribute unbalanced, also affect the financial development. To a great extent, in our country the unbalance of the district economic development is the reflecting that the district currency fund distributes unbalanced. The thesis is based on Chinese Special Socialism Theory and finance theory and district economy theory. Its object of study is the distribution of the district currency fund. Applying comparative and positive analysis, I analyze the unbalanced distribution of the district currency fund in our country, also expound its reasons with deep levels. On the basis of the above, I pose the countermeasures that can make the district currency fund distribute balanced. Above all, we can use its viewpoint for reference to realize the coordinated growth of the district economy in China.Besides the preface and the conclusion, the thesis is divided into four parts:The first part, elaborating the general theory of the district economic development. First, it limits the concept of the district clearly. According to the actual circumstances, our country divides the whole nation into three big economic districts. They are the eastern, the central part and the western. Primarily, there are two kinds of the leading thought of the district development, one is equilibrium development, the other is a moderate unbalanced thought. So it became many theories and modes of the district development. Since the reformation in China, our country defined and carried out the policy of the district economic development, which is the district unbalanced-onrush strategy. After 1992, under the condition of the socialism market economy, our country adjusted the policy relevantly.The second part, analyzing the present situation of the distribution of the district currency fund. From the eastern to the central to the western, the economic development is going down, that is the typical characteristic of the district economic development, and to a large extent that reflected the unbalanced distribution of the district currency fund in China. It makesuse of five aspects to prove the present condition of the unbalanced distribution. These five aspects include the surplus amount of bank savings, loan, the amount of the listed company and its raising capital, the amount of the fixed assets investment and foreign capital.The third part, studying the reasons that make the district currency fund distribute unbalanced. The current financial system of our country is not well in response to the demand of the coordinated growth of the district economy. Obviously, the two parts present non-coordination. Our country treats all districts equally without discrimination, adopts the unified financial policy, so it can't raise the anticipant result. Since the reformation, the substantial economic development of the central and the western didn't availably dissolve "the economy partition." Because the economic increase of the two regions lags relatively, the financial market is not perfect. The situation restrains bank savings converting to investment, and it is difficult to shape fund, also cause the large quantity fund outflow.
