| From the 80's of last century , architectural steel structure industry has become one of the gloomiest stars in architectural industry of China.This thesis takes the architectural steel structure industry as its object of study. Starting from introducing the development of industry in the latest years, key elements of architectural steel structure industry and the tendency of architectural steel structure industry, it also analyzed the characteristics of architectural steel structure industrial market and management and the competitive environment for architectural steel structure enterprises' development. Based on this ,the thesis elaborated managing strategy for architectural steel structure manufacturing enterprises and constructively puts forward some measures concerning how to ensure these managing strategies .The main conclusions of this article are as follows:(l)Due to the support of nation's polices and the necessary economical basis, the conditions of developing architectural steel structure industry has mature.(2)The problems in developing architectural steel structure industry restrict the health and fast growth of architectural steel structure industry.(3)The relevant managing departments should take effective measures to regulate architectural steel structure industry market . (4) Architectural steel structure enterprises should find a suitable developing direction to compete with other competitiors in the fierce market. |
