Economic Analysis, Selected By The Securities Regulatory System

Securities regulation are emphasized increasing with the development of securities market. This thesis attempts to have a concise analysis of function of securities market, market out of order and the cost and profit of supervision, then combined with specific condition of Chinese securities market, put forward some relate supervision measure.This thesis is made up of three parts. The first part is securities market and regulation. It lays special emphasis on general theoretical analysis, beginning with function of securities market, involving effect of market out of order, having a concrete analysis of supervising and being supervised. The second, the forming and system changes, states the features of securities market's form and changes, making a behavior analysis of main bodies in the market. The last, system selection of Chinese securities regulation, analysis contradictions and problems faced by development and supervision of Chinese securities market, and advances some principles and suggestions on how to improve securities regulation.
