Financial System Of Capital Formation In China

This thesis mainly discusses the role of financial system in capital formation and it puts forward some proposals to reform our present financial system to promote capital formation. At first, on the basis of theory, the author analyse the mechanism of capital formation and the role of financial system in capital formation. Furthermore, on the basis of the analysis, the author studies, the unreasonable aspects in financial system in our country presently and the side effect on capital formation. Finally, this thesis puts forward some proposals of reformation from three aspects including financial institute, financial market and financial instrument.The thesis includes four chapters. In the first two chapters, under the background of developing country, on the basis of theory, it proves the important role of financial system in capital formation and monetisation of economy-the base on which financial system play role. In the last two chapters, the author mainly studies the financial system in our country. After the analysis of side effect brought by unreasonable financial system on capital formation, the author brings out that we should reform national commercial institute, develop minor financial institutes, perfect financial markets and promote innovating financial instruments actively etc.
