Private enterprise is a new enterprise form occurred after our reform opening up to the outside world, and developed very rapidly in the past twenty years. Both the obsolete quantity and the individual scale of private enterprise are all in the dramatic speed of expansion. At the very beginning, private enterprise was the supplement of our national economy, but now it has become the important composition of our national economy, making important contributions.Private enterprise, as a new form, has very strong vitality, however has shown up many problems. At present, the main problem exists in private enterprise is that after a period of development, the management cannot keep up with the requirement for development. This is also the basic reason causing "High birth rate, high mortality".In view of the aspect of financial management, this thesis attempts to set up a new financial system for DALIAN SHIDE GROUP CO., LTD., adapting and promoting the further development in the future. The thesis includes four parts: the first is the introduction of the company; the second is the current financial system; the third is the cause and analysis of the problems; the forth is new financial system of the company.
