Study The Regulation Of The Associated Companies

In the dissertation, the author makes a comprehensive and thorough research on the regulation of affiliate companies. The main purpose is to study -whether and how the system of affiliate companies should be stipulated in our country's Corporate Act.This thesis can be divided into five parts. The first part gives a brief account of affiliate companies and their regulations, including the concept and manifestation of affiliate companies, the impact of affiliate companies on the present laws, the economic and legal analyses of affiliate companies and the history and current situation of the regulations of affiliate companies. The following three parts try to analyze the identification system, the disclosure system and the liability system of the regulation of affiliate companies. In the fifth part, the author analyzes the necessity of the regulation of affiliate companies after introducing the course of change and development of the regulations of affiliate companies in our country and offers the suggestion of the legislation of affiliate companies' system.
