On The Economy Of China's State-owned Banks And Enterprises

The relationship between bank and enterprise is an important relation of national economic relations.Normal or not,it concerns the national economy directly.Now,the old relationship between bank and enterprise was broken,the new one has not been established. The market-directed economic system needs the new relationship between bank and enterprise.This thesis inquires into the problems on what type of new relation between bank and enterprise we want to establish and how to do.First,I'll try to analyze the meaning main model of the relationship between bank and erterprise completely systematically and thoroughly,then I'll analyze the development and the present situation of our country. After studying the basic conditions for relationship between bank and enterprise pattern choosing,this paper suggests that the new model of relation between bank and enterprise should progress by stages. Finally.this paper points out that the obscured property right frontier resulting from the traditional property right arrangement is the root cause of China's relationship between bank and enterprise crisis. So,state-owned enterprise reform and state-owned bank should be implemented in coordination.
