The crime of accepting bribes is occurring at an increasing rate in recent years,causing great concerns among the people.Starting from the history and constituting factors of the crime of accepting bribes ,this article examines the crime of accepting bribes ,point out the contradictions and insufficiencies in the provision for the accepting bribes in the current Criminal Law ,and suggests corresponding counter-measures on the part of the judiciary.
