Structure Design And Application Of The Comprehensive Resource Database For Xinjiang Police

The core of public security informationization application is the collected application of all kinds of data resources, the analysis and utilization of all kinds of data resources are improved to lift the capacities of fighting, preventing, managing, and controlling of public security organizations. As the second-phase construction of "Golden Shield Project" is moving forward, the planning, construction and application of a series of comprehensive data application system, set higher demands for integrity, security and reliability of data resources; the development and change of operations put forward new requirements for the sharing of data resources inside public security organizations; the function of public security organizations serving the society and the masses also makes public security operations data propose the need of information sharing. Currently, the problem in public security information work needed to be solved is to collect, clean,store intensively and share safely all kinds of data resources, and also to construct a secure, stable and efficient data platform.Firstly, this thesis mainly studies the project backgrounds of the public security database system construction and public security sharing data integration platform. Secondly,this paper analyzes the demands of the comprehensive public security database system and the main situation of public security sharing data integration platform.In addition, this paper makes an analysis of the compositions of all kinds of comprehensive sharing data of public securities, and proposes the design and implementation of comprehensive public security database, which includes the technical route, structural design, conceptual model, relational design, physical storage design and optimal design of the comprehensive public security database system, making the system construction meet the needs of real operations. This thesis focuses on how to collect and apply all kinds of data.Besides, this paper discusses the technical implementation of sharing data integration platform in comprehensive database construction,which covers treatments of such issues as the creation, data integration, data maintenance and data quality verification of sharing data integration platform in comprehensive database construction. Finally, this paper also introduces the application example that comprehensive database and sharing data integration platform----the practical application of the comprehensive public security inquiry system.After the completion of the public security comprehensive resources library, it provides a data sharing platform for the public security organs in Xinjiang, which provides the data support for the investigation and anti terrorism, which greatly improves the efficiency of data utilization.
