Development Strategies Of The Leading Group Environmental Engineering Division Of Dalian University Of Technology

The question of water resource rareness and water pollution has become a big block to economic development and people's life level rising of our country. Making waste water reusable is am important way to make our water resource sustainable use. This paper describes a full study on the developing strategics of Environment Engineering Department of Advance Group of DUT to meet the need of water treatment and solve some common questions in the environmental protection industry.First of all, we describe the background and meaning of developing water treatment project in Advance Group of DUT. Then we propose the chance and challenge which Environment Engineering Department is facing by analyzing the environment of competition, technique, market of water treatment in the home and abroad.The third section describes the internal environment of Environment Engineering Department. We show the superiority and inferiority of company from four aspects: organization and management, product and key arts and crafts, market sells and the capability of technique and development of company. In the fourth section, we analysis the development strategics which water treatment companies have used in the home and abroad and then come a, conclusion. Finally, according to the character of Environment Engineering Department, we propose some suggestions to it: developing market by marketing action, studying and developingnew product by innovative technique; managing human resource according to one's ability and his achievement, and enhancing the ability of capital operation of the company.
