The Petrochemical Industry, Research And Development (r & D) Mode

There are some problems in SINOPEC research and development, i.e. R&D, activities. That the R&D do not come from the enterprise's strategy result in part of R&D achievements cannot applied in industries or few R&D achievements suitable for industrial need. Lucking of fundamental R&D invest result in the enterprises have no new technology. Insufficient organization of R&D results in the inefficient R&D investment. This thesis intends to solve such problems.The thesis on the Sino-petrochemical industry point of view, by using methods of analysis to the problems in the process of petrochemical R&D and the system of R&D innovation, educe the patterns of Sino-petrochemical R&D. And based on the process of the pattern apply, bring out instruct pattern, cooperation pattern and build-in pattern. And explains what should be noticed in using the three patterns. At last, a real project been used to show the usage of the patterns.The results expressed that the patterns come from the practice and can guide the practice. Focus on fundamental R&D brings the enterprises about new technologies and great amount profits. Set up proper R&D patterns of different layer and guided by the strategic centre is the key of raising enterprise's technology. Direction of R&D going along with the strategies is the only way to solve the suitable R&D achievements problems.
