Merger across country is internationality of merger, the highest form of movement property of right, and is a sophisticated systematic subject. It results from opening and reform, meeting the need of international market and establishing modern system of enterprise. Trend of assets changing to merchandise, of merchandise changing to value, of value changing to security, of security changing to transfer are based on transferring of assets. In this situation, merger across country come into being. In order to make merger across to operate in the regulated legal environment, we have to consider legal problem related to it.This thesis review and analyze the rule of merger across country, then put forward suggestions from point of view of law. As a result of carrying out it, merger across country operate systematically.This thesis is divided into four parts. In the first part, the author analyze character and rule of merger across country, introduce difference between merger by international direct investment and setting up company.
