On Condominium Ownership

Condominium is a basic ownership of immovable property in modern civil law. The soueces of condominium has a long history. Before 1960,as a important system of civil law,it has been universally established by many countres of continental law system and Anglo-American system. Condominium has already achieved great success in improving human's limitless utilizing the scarce land source,in solving human' other problems such as habitation,living condition and trade .Requirements from times and social situation need badly our country' legislation's lawmaking on condominium so as to effectively solve the similar problems.This disertation makes some analysis and does some exploration on,first,the development of condominium,second,on the legislation's situation of other country's law,later,it analysizes and studies the conception,consitition and other related questions of condominium,and it goes further to illustrate the fundamental options from condominium.
