Program Management In The Enterprise Applications

The programmed administration was to deal with the repeated activities during the process of enterprise administration and to establish a set of program in order not to make decision repeatedly when such activities give rise to regularly. It was a very important part of corporate system. It combined with organizational structure of enterprise, department responsibility, rules or regulations and post description so as to establish enterprise's administrative platform. It has clear, controllable and replicable characteristic. It provided primary security to maintain the running of the enterprise efficient and automatic. With the association of the present situation (an old state-run enterprise has re-organized according to the needs of modern corporate system and also established corresponding organization, department responsibility as well as rules and regulations) with the developmental needs of the enterprise on the basis of studying on the history of Xinjiang local product fruit company, this paper made a full description for all 68 posts (name of post, direct superior, direct inferior, direct responsibility, leader responsibility, main authority, salary etc.) by the guide of scientific administrative theory according to the scientific, rational, perfect and practical demand. Finally we discussed and probed into the application of programmed administration in enterprise as well as ways, steps, conditions and principle should be kept. The results will be able to provide some useful references to the same kind of enterprise.
