The orgnization structure is a kind of relationship among all partsof an organization. Economic Nobel laureate of l997 Pro.Ximonconsidered," The first Condition to exploit the social resourceseffectuaIly is an effectual orgnization structure" .That is to say, whetherthe orgnization structure is rational & scientific or not,can affect if anorgnization will operate effectually.With china enters the WTO, as the leading role in Chineseeconomy life, the reform&development of the state-ownedenterprise(S OE), especially the research of transformation oforgnization structure is becoming the foca1 point of the work.Manyenterprises try to improve the status through transformation oforgnization structure,but in fact, the risk of transformation oforgnization structure is very big,there are many profit dropping andeven bankrupting cases because of transformation of orgnizations tru cture.On the base of reality, and by taking the civil SOE as researchobject, The thesis makes a theoretical and practical study on thetransfOrmation of SOE orgnization structure.The first part of the thesisanalyses briefly the new situation SOE facing with, introduces theprocess of two transfOrmations of western enterprise orgnizationstructure,and the present situation of SOE orgnization structure and thereasons of transfomation; Then the thesis elaborate the theory basis ofthe transformation of orgnization structure;In section III. It introduces afew typical cases of the transformation of orgnization structure, Insection IV.Taking Zhuzhou Cemented Carbide Group Corp.Ltd. as anexample,it introduces the design&analysis of the improvement M-styleorgnization structure for the Group Corporation;At last,it points out a few issues that must be paid attention to in the transformation of orgnization structure,and results that there is not a consensus of type and the M-style orgnization structure must be adopted flexibly.
