The Research On The Development Of Tobacco-trade State-owned Enterprise

16th People's congress Council National Congress proposes that the management system of state-run assets will be changed " owned by country, differentiated control" into " enjoying owner's rights and interests in grade:; on the foundations with unified property of people ". The key question of the management system of state-nm assets is the state-run economic reform. The state-owned enterprise is the important carrier of the state-owned economy, so it has raised the upsurge of reforms in the theory and practice again. The tobacco enterprise is not only a typical state-owned enterprise, but also a special state-owned enterprise. It's process of reform is different from the general state-owned enterprises.This thesis start with the current situation of the assets management system of state-owned enterprise of tobacco trade and existing problem in our country .It analyses necessity of tobacco shareholding system reforri with principal-agent theory. Combining practice of foreign development of stock company , the text prove the feasibility that tobacco enterprises carry on the share aolding system reform by taking real example analysis. Finally, put forward the imag nation of the tobacco enterprise's shareholding system reform of our country. With principal-agent theory, this article analyze problem of state-owned enterprise existing in tobacco trade and propose that the state-owned enterprise of tobacco trade carries on the shareholding system reform imperatively. The dissertation offer some theoretical foundations for reform of tobacco trade in different view.
