In the past 20 years,the development of Firm Theory,which is basic from the mediation and animadversion of Neo-classical Economics,has cast off the identity of the structure for Mainstream of Microeconomics. The break to the restriction of the identity hypothesis develops different genres on the basis of extensive characters of newly Firm Theory. It is an important logic that the Endogenesis Hypothesis and Indogenesis Hypothesis are active in this research field. After the demonstration analysis of Chinese competitive industry and firm strategic path,the thesis research is on the strategic indogenesis hypothesis from the anglmange of industrial positivism.At first,the thesis makes two typical demonstrations of the evolutional development and strategic logic of Chinese refrigerator industry and TV industry. Then "SCP-TF Model of Strategic Paradigm for indogenesis hypothesis,which is based on these empirical demonstrations,is produced. It inherits from Porter's competitive strategy and develops its internal logic and research methods. After parses the demonstration of Chinese competitive industry during the transition economic period,the thesis gets two universal and typical angels:the strategic logic view for the principle of institutional dimension and the principle of technological dimension. The main research conclusions of the thesis are as follows:1. There's two important mechanism and springboard for the research of competitive industry development and firm evolutional strategic logic. They are "evolution mechanism" and "mutation mechanism".2. Advanced the theory of industrial organization:SCP Model is the theoretical platform to research on industry development and strategy evolution path. And the views from the principle of institutional dimension and technological dimension are the important logic to that research. The Model and views also adapt to the other industry with then-universality and typical correlation.3. Institution and Technology effect and decide the path of Chinese competitive industry development and strategy evolution. The start and mode are not the key factors to boost the path of reformation.
