The predecessor of Xinjiang Tycoon Conglomerate was only a mini feed production business which was on the verge of bankruptcy the fierce competition. But only in five years period Xinjiang Tycoon Conglomerate has grown into the largest farming and stock raising conglomerate in the field or feed producing, breeding-fowl fostering and chicken processing within Xinjiang province and even in the district of mid-Asia. Tycoon has now established steady market position in Xinjiang Province and developed over-sea business into a good stage. The quick growth and development of Tycoon depend upon its discreet strategy planning made at the beginning time on the levels of Xinjiang Province, China mainland and all over the world. The strategy planning analyzed the developing trends on feeds, chicks and meat products and found the developing opportunities and on this basis Tycoon clarified its missions and goals of business. In the process of implementation of the business strategies Tycoon strictly and rigidly follow the decided policy and strengthen intently the advantages in accordance with the variance of the competition environments and constrained the ovals effectively. Tycoon ensured the fulfillment of its strategy with the methods of timely integrating the corporation culture business process and internal management systems.This case describes the history of establishment development strategy planning and strategy implementation of Tycoon Conglomerate concludes the function of corporate strategies in the process of leading business development and the importance of resolving culture conflicts and the significance of system integration.
