Research, Container Management Decision-making Model And Implementation Strategy

As a efficient transportation method, container-transportation has lots of advantages and has developed very quickly since half the 20 century. The management of container is of great importance in the international container transportation. And as the development of the international container shipping industry, the management of container decision become more and more vital. This is the reason of research.This paper put an emphasis on the followings: How to determine the total qualities of the container supplied? how to determine the quality of the container which are self-purchase or leased ? We also analyze the empty container dispatch problem and the container utilization efficiency.
