The Main Problems In China's Financial Sector Tax System Reform Proposals

With rapid development of the national economy in China, the construction of our financial scene energetically improves. However several problems of tax system, such as: high tax rate, unreasonable tax policy, lagging of management and so on, become big barriers to restrain the development of our financial scene. After entering the WTO, our financial scene is facing with a fierce competition from international market, for example: plenty of venture-joint banks competing with state-owned banks, the financial policies reestablishing according to the international rules, the demands for management increasing and so on. Therefore, adjusting and reforming the tax system and strengthening the ability of competition is the principal work to promote health development of our financial scene, which can flourish the financial market and play a key role to ensure a sustainable development of national economy.According to the problems presented in the above, the thesis proposes some suggestion on reforming and improving our tax system. The thesis can be divided into 3 chapters.In chapter One, from 2 aspects: the income state tax situation, introduces the status quo of our tax system.In chapter Two, firstly from the phenomena of high tax rate and unreasonable tax policy and so on, analyses the problems existing now. Secondly proposes related suggestion on reforming of our state-owned enterprises, promoting financial market reasonably and avoiding financial risk. Lastly, the thesis poses some plans on environmental reform.The thesis describes in detail the several problems of tax system. The writer uses scientific researching method, a lot of data to analyse and supporthis standpoint, hoping the suggestion in the thesis feasible and useful for our tax system reform.
