Based on system-transformation-path-dependence and centered on the great reality of China's financial system reform, this dissertation looks back on the process of China's financial reform in detail. Going deep into the difficult points left by financial reform, it attempts to propose some suggestions against the international background of economic globalization. After several stages of exploration in the past twenty years, China's financial reform has made great progress. Nevertheless, many "sequelae" have been left and its process embodies gradualness, oriented by the government Jagging and unbalancing. Now, the "persistent ailment" or serious problems are: the public choice is out of control; the process of the commercialization of the state-owned banks is greatly deferred, and so on. All seems to have caught in a dilemma. However, if we focus our attention on the economic globalization, the financial internationalization is able to provide China's financial reform with force and a "guiding breakthrough".The financial internationalization mainly affects and promotes China's financial reform in many aspects. However, the financial internationalization is double-edge sword, so we must take measures to avoid the risks that will suffer in the process of financial internationalization.
