New Chinese Political System Effective Operation

Political system reform, which is an important symbol in the whole deepening reform and concerns the overall situation, occupies an very important place in the course of surging reform.Reform practice of more than 20 years shows that political system reform is both the main content and powerful force that construct high socialist democracy and the inner demand and ensuring that promotes economic modernization and social all-round development. Hence, it is of great significance to make a thorough study of the efficient functioning of theory of political system reform, to understanding of the strategy position of it scientifically and to promote actively the political system and economic system reform in 21 the century.This paper mainly discuss four issues by using the scientific way of uniting theory with practice. In the first section, it emphatically expounds some main corrupt practice that existed in the functioning of political system in China before the reform after it simply describes the history of the establishment and functioning of political system in new China, thus providing the basis for the efficient functioning of political system.The second section mainly presents the basic theory and system which have been formed in the course of functioning of political system in the western developed capitalist countries, thus, providing the reference in theory and practice for political system for our country.The third section emphatically analyses the basic principles that political system in China should follow.The fourth section makes a concrete analysis of the factors that ensure the efficient functioning of political system reform in China.This paper makes a study of the theory of political system functioning itself and makes up for the gap that political theory field always studies the problem of the political system reform and corruption. It emphatically analyses some basic principles and ensuring factors of efficient functioningof political system in China, thus providing the theoretical foundation and concrete operational orientation for political system reform.
