On The Structure Of Korean Conglomerates To Adjust

Korean conglomerate, which has been much praised as a main part of "Han River Miracle" and much clouted as the ringleader of Korean financial crisis, has played a very important role in Korean economic development. The current restructuring of Korean conglomerate is still the focus of both theoretical study and practical research.On the basis of a review of Korean conglomerate's development and an analysis on its features, this paper points out the relationship between the Korean conglomerate and Korean financial crisis, elaborates on the restructuring of Korea conglomerate and presents the inspirations for China's economy. This paper consists of three parts:Part one, the relationship between the Korean conglomerate and Korean financial crisis. This part is concerned with the development of Korean conglomerate, its features and argues its relationship with the Korean financial crisis. Part two, the restructuring of Korean conglomerate. This part discusses the basic principles and specific details of the restructuring of Korean conglomerate, presents its progress, points out the problems and envisions the prospect.Part three, inspirations for China's economy. This part deals with some problems in China's industrial organization and its choice of industrial strategies, and puts forward the author's suggestions.
