North Korea nuclear issue has busted for nearly thirty years.During the period of the relevant countries conducted several consultations to solve the problem of the peninsula.however,they produced little effect.So,The reason about the Korean nuclear crisis has been the focus in the political and academic.North Korea is located in Northeast Asia,The border with China,South Korea,Russia and Japan.The special geographical position lead to every country all pay attention to the North Korea action.During the Cold War,The peninsula is the against frontier between United States and the Soviet Union.The two Koreans are also influenced by the international environment,they isolated and combated for half a century.After the Cold War,the peninsula end the"confrontation balance" between the United States and the Soviet Union.but,entered a period of more intense confrontation and become the world's most easily conflict area after the Cold War.This area was called "the Balkans in Asia","The fossil of the Cold War “by the international community.The nuclear crisis erupted again lead the international community to focus on here.From 2006 to 2016.North Korea conducted five nuclear tests,which is bad for the safety and stability of the Korean Peninsula and Northeast Asia.The United States,Japan and South Korea use the threat of force and severe sanctions in order to force North Korea to abandon its nuclear program.China want to let North Korea return to the six party talks and solve the problem by peaceful negotiation.However,these efforts did not succeed,but let the North Korean nuclear research ability become stronger.The North Korean nuclear crisis will lead to more tense situation on the peninsula and the Northeast Asia.Because of the particularity relationship between China and DPRK,The North Korean nuclear crisis will lead to China withstand external pressure.For a longtime,The international community has hold many talks about the problems of how to resolve the nuclear crisis,from the "Quartet" to "the six party talks”,although the publication of important documents and statements,the nuclear crisis still shows no signs of abating.The United States and South Korea even use of force and threat of sanctions to force the North Korea to abandon nuclear weapons,but they all didn't succeed.the main reason of the nuclear crisis cannot resolve is that there are great differences between the United States and North Korea in the strategic needs.In addition,the security dilemma in Northeast Asia lead to lack of trust between North Korea and South Korea.More importantly,above all,the Armistice mechanism on the peninsula lags behind.The armistice mechanism was formed after the end of the Korean War.With the changes of international environment,this mechanism lack of binding and Loss of function mechanism,It has been unable to continue to play its role,leading the mechanism cannot adapt to the development of the times,and keeping the peace on the paninsula.In order to achieve a permanent peace on the peninsula and in Northeast Asia,the construction of the peace mechanism on the Peninsula to replace the armistice mechanism has been imminent.In order to more in-depth study on the situation in the peninsula and the North Korean nuclear crisis,this paper starts from the analysis the reason of the fundamental crux of the nuclear crisis,finding the way to resolve the North Korea Nuclear Crisis,and putting forward the idea of peace regime on the Korean Peninsula.Based on the above analysis,proposing a scheme how to construct the peace mechanism.Peace mechanism can not only realize the supplement of the armistice mechanism,but also help they get rid of the "truce" state and get the real peace from the principle.
