Furthermore, it will affect our thinking and life style deeply. The development level of New Economy becomes an important factor to judge a country's synthetic power. The establishment of a flexible Venture Capital System is the prerequisite to the development of venture enterprise and New Economy. Owing to historic and existing reasons, China has not established the Venture Capital system in the real meaning.
