Marketing management is more and more popular all the world, It`s theory is very rich and colorful, further more ,the theory of special trade marketing management is very much and very good .now environment protection is an increasing trade, more and more enterprise will be come to this trade, but existing enterprises do not gain very much money, they also do not get more chance, does conventional marketing management theory need renew or innovation?We shall to find out the theory fit for environment protection trade ,also we shall to search some marketing management innovation for it`s unique characters.In my disquisition, I sum the environment protection trade and put forward it`s marketing and non-marketing characters , it`s marketing characters include very quickly increasing, lacking orders, having lesser costumers, having very good relationship in the marketer and the costumer, professional buying, etc. non-marketing characters include : environmental production has commons and compelling need, it strongly depends on national policy, it`s need has obvious area and trade difference, it is a science and technology leading trade, it`s quality standard is fuzzy etc. Those characters are significative for marketing in our environment protection trade, they are new studies and give a frame for the latter.Up to those trade characters and our environment-protection enterprise`s marketing actuality, I bring forward some new ideas for marketing innovation:Environment protection enterprises need to build up their quick-reaction ability when the market changes quickly and rulelessly. And they should adjust their manpower frame and their human resource management and their organizing structure. Different from corrupting officers, We give "government marketing" new contents and meanings, especially in the process of environment protection trade marketing."learning marketing" is to propagandize environmental knowledge and to research new technology . at present, most of our corporations lack the ability of technology innovation, our university and graduate school do not adapt the market. So I have to put forward some new method , for example , building a manpower storage which can be well shared, setting up joint-stock company, contracting with research and development . At last , we put forward the 8P`S to replace 4P`S, it give environment protection companies direction of marketing effort.
