After Joining The Wto, State-owned Commercial Banks And Financial Innovation In Research

This paper includes five parts. On the basis of the analysis of western financial innovation, Chapter 1 reviews the development process of financial innovation. Chapter 1 also reveals the innovation and its impact of financial innovation. Chapter 2 mainly focuses on the research of the current situation of world financial innovation. By looking at various kinds of financial innovation products from western developed countries, Chapter 2 finds the leg-behind of financial innovation of our state-owned banks. By analyzing real examples, Chapter 2 summarizes financial innovation characteristics and problems of our state-owned banks. Chapter 3 explores the institution innovation that our state-owned banks should take after joining WTO.
