Chapter 1 reveals the forming background of Jiang zemin's innovation thoughts in the four aspects: the base of theory, the times background, the practical base and realistic evidence. The institution innovation not only tears down the chain that impede the development of economy and social but also provide the system guarantee for the development, Science and technology innovation is the keystone in the Jiang zemin's innovation thoughts, the aim of which is make science and technology the great impetus in building the socialim with Chinese characteristcs. In short word, China should be on the road of science and technology innovations with Chinese characteristics. In the culture innovation, Jiang zemin stresses on the culture orientation. Culture is the important symbol of the overall strenth of our country and a flag in Party's spirit and thought. In the education innovation, Jiang zemin addresses the premise, keystone, ultimate aim, effitienct tool, and main conditon respectively.Jiang zemin's innovation thought is the new development of Marxism in modern China ,which innovates and developes Marxism in philosophy, scientific socialism, Party's construction etc. " Three Delegatons" is the great creed of Party in new period.
