| Payment design is a prerequisite to the foundation of modern payment regulations, and it is also an important component of it. In the long run, anyway, it is critical to the development of a company to design and found a set of scientific and new payment regulatory regime which satisfies the need of the development of our country' s oil enterprises, so as to attract reserve and stimulate those excellent talents. The main aim of this paper is, according to the feature of oil enterprise and the requirement of the reform of the pay distribution, to redesign the pay distribution scheme of ShengLi Oil Company, Ltd. basing on the analysis and study of the present pay distribution of the company.This paper consists of five parts, which begin with stating the background, significance, and aim of it. It analyzes the present payment regulations of ShengLi Oil Company , Ltd., and also states the basic theory of payment scheme design. Based on this, the payment scheme of ShengLi Oil Company , Ltd. is designed. Besides that, the operating condition of the scheme is evaluated, and the emphasis and direction that should be studied in the following days are pointed out as well.Diverse research methods have been adopted in the course of writing this paper, such as enterprise investigation, information collection, personal visit and talk, and partial poll, etc. Based on the through investigate and analysis of the company' s present pay distribution, a set of pay distribution scheme suitable for oil enterprise is designed successfully after consulting related documentary data and contacting many personnel departments. |
