King Tak And Professionalism In Construction Research

The morality of respect and reverence is an important part of categories and ethics of traditional virtues in China. It is not only an internal culture but also a kind of friendly attitude and moral behavior when treating somebody or something. Its abundant connotations, the special one of which is the spirit of devoting to vocation, have a great influence on the aftertime.This thesis explores the origin of the spirit of devoting to vocation and elucidates the content of this spirit. Then, the thesis reveals the great value of the spirit of devoting to vocation about the perfection of the individual moral quality, the development of the vocation and the progress of the society, etc. Based on the analysis of the reason for the shortage of this kind of spirit, the author provides some ways to form the up-to-date spirit of devoting to vocation, which adapt to the need of social modernization in China. At last the author thinks the spirit of devoting to vacation should be cultivated and taken root among the undergraduates.
