Technical Barriers To Trade In The International Certification Study

With the rapid development of global economic integration, TBT (Technical Barriers to Trade) especially International Certification has more and more extensive and further impacts on international trade. In some sense, it is reasonable for the existence of TBT. And the reason why TBT has become a problem is that many countries are misusing the stipulations of WTO/TBT ?SPS for the purpose of trading protection.In this thesis, based on the analyses of new development of certification systems of developed countries in WTO, the author indicates that domestic enterprises and industries are confronted with challenges and threats from TBT caused by international certification. At the same time, the author generalizes and analyses the great reform and development of certification system in our countries around the time of china's entry into WTO. Finally, in the standpoint of government and enterprise, the author puts forward his proposals in terms of not only how to stride across the TBT of foreign countries but also how to set up the protection system of TBT in our country .
