Study On Government Information Resource Sharing System Of Certification And Accreditation Industry

Information resources is an important means for government to service the public, itcan increase government transparency, balance department rights and interests, optimizethe operation mode of government through the sharing of e-government informationresources, and so on. Therefore, achieving the integration of e-government informationresources development, management and use, eliminating the information resourcessharing bottleneck and raising the government service level through establishing standardinformation resources sharing system has become the primary task of e-governmentconstruction.This paper found out the main problems of e-government information resourcessharing in the certification and accreditation industry, such as “information isolated island”,data redundancy gathering, etc., from its current situation, analyzed some influencingfactors from organizational structure, system and regulations, standards system,information security, etc., and summarized the demands of information sharing platformconstruction. According to these analysis, the article started from the informationresources sharing standard system, analyzed and designed management system standards,business data standards, support technology standards of information sharing gradually,and given solutions of building information resources sharing platform based on thestandard system, including the overall design of the platform and the construction ofdirectory service system, data acquisition exchange platform, database group andinformation security. This formed a complete information resources sharing system ofcertification and accreditation industry from standard setting to platform construction,providing good support and service to the coordination between departments and theinterconnection between businesses.
