Corporate Governance Structure Of The Enterprise Financial Management

In this paper it was considered that "corporate governance" is consisted the fundament of microenvironment of enterprise financial management system, and different financial management efficiencies were promoted. The effect and guiding function of "corporate governance " on the operation of enterprise financial management system were discussed as the main topic. The interconnection between "corporate governance " and enterprise financial management was investigated carefully. The "corporate governance " and enterprise financial management is interaction. The "corporate governance " domains subject elements of the enterprise financial management, affects object elements, for instance, enterprise financing, investment and profit distribution, and restrains the selection to targets of the financial management. At same time the activities of financing, investment and profit distribution promotes the perfection to "corporate governance ". The relationship between "corporate governance " and enterprise financial management was deeply analyzed theoretically in this paper. A large of real data and cases were used to demonstrate the selection of financing method, the determination on optimum capital structure, the dividend and profit policy and the content of profit distribution, and the method of financial decision-making and the specific characteristics of the program under the manage model of "internal control under government administration intervening". Some suggestions were illustrated to raise the operation efficiency of financial management system.
